The film is also the biggest hit in Ajith's career.
Mankatha released on the maximum screens too and changed the trade practice of Tamil film business.

Ajith injured in Billa 2 action scene
During the shooting of the scene, Ajith was supposed to smash a bottle on a stuntman. The bottle broke into pieces in Ajith's hands and scratched his palm.
Sources say Ajith is perfectly fine, and has in fact even gone on to complete the fight scene.
